Refund Policy

You may request a refund if the following conditions are met:

• Technical issues: The plugin has critical bugs we cannot resolve after you provide error logs, system info, and allow us 7 business days to investigate
• Plugin conflicts: Conflicts with your theme/plugins that we cannot fix within 7 business days after you provide access to a staging site
• Compatibility issues: The plugin doesn't work on your WordPress/WooCommerce version that meets our minimum requirements (WordPress 5.8+, WooCommerce 6.0+, PHP 7.4+)
• Feature mismatch: Core documented features don't work as described, and you've opened a support ticket within 14 days of purchase

Refunds will NOT be granted if:

• You changed your mind or found a cheaper alternative
• You didn't contact support to resolve the issue first
• You need custom features not included in the plugin
• More than 14 days have passed since purchase

• Initial response: We respond to all refund requests within 48 hours (2 business days)
• Approval decision: Refund approval or denial decision within 3-5 business days after investigation
• Bank processing: Funds typically appear in your account within 7-10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank
